Your CoA isn't stored. Here's exactly what happens to it.

Coatables is built for a desk that releases regulated batches, so the data question matters. The short version: we don't keep your files or results. No account, no database of your CoAs.
One-line summary: your file is processed in memory and never written to a database; it's sent over an encrypted connection to our AI subprocessor (Anthropic), which does not train on API data; results live only in your browser. We are the data controller; Metawear s.r.o. operates the service.
What we do with an uploaded CoA
- Processed in memory. When you upload a PDF, it's held in server memory only for the duration of the request and is never written to disk or a database on our side.
- Sent to our AI subprocessor. To read the document we transmit it over TLS to Anthropic (the Claude API), which performs the extraction. Anthropic does not use data submitted via its commercial API to train its models. For brief processing/caching the document may exist transiently on Anthropic's infrastructure; it is not retained for training.
- Not retained by us. Once the verified result is returned to your browser, the in-memory copies are discarded. We keep no copy of your CoA or the extracted data.
- Results stay in your browser. Your recent results are cached in your own browser's
localStorage(the "Recent results" list). They never leave your device and you can clear them anytime from the tool.
Accounts & payments
There is no login or account. You buy a credit pack through Polar, our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payment data, invoicing and tax. We never see your card details. Your "credit key" identifies your credit balance only; it is not tied to a stored profile of your documents.

Your rights (GDPR)
Because we don't store your CoAs or results, there is nothing on our side to export or erase. For billing data held by Polar, you can use the Polar customer portal or contact us. To exercise any data right or ask a question, email info@metawear.cz.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The only browser storage is functional localStorage for your credit key and recent results, which stays on your device.
